Why are some yards blue/green?
That light blue/green color is just a tracker dye mixed in with the treatment so your service tech can see where they’ve sprayed. We only use a small amount, and it fades away on its own within a day or so.

Why is Pre Emergent so important?

What pre-emergent actually does

It doesn’t kill big w**ds.
Pre-emergent works on seeds in the soil, not tall w**ds you can already see.

It makes a barrier in the top layer of soil.
When w**d seeds start to sprout, they hit that barrier and die before they can break through the surface.

It targets w**d seeds way more than grass.
Used correctly, it’s safe on established turf but hard on w**d seeds like crabgrass and other annual w**ds.

This is wild. According to some weather data (this blends a bunch of model data together), Oklahoma may be the wettest place in the nation during the 1st 10 days of June.

While rain is likely for much of America, the highest values for rain are centered over a good portion of Oklahoma. The 2nd wettest place in the nation,South Florida.

When you're surpassing Florida in rain, you know that's a big deal !
