Our owner’s beautiful family has experienced a heartbreaking loss — the passing of their beloved Corryn. In Barbara’s words, “The Kansas City Zoo was not just her workplace; it was her sanctuary, where her spirit shone bright, bringing joy to countless lives.”

Corryn was especially excited for the opening of the zoo’s new giraffe exhibit, a project she looked forward to with so much joy and pride.

The Kansas City Zoo is now naming their newest giraffe calf, and we invite you to vote for the name “Anderson” in loving memory of Corryn. 💛
