🌟 Staff Spotlight: Kristen White 🌟
"As a mother of an unplanned teen pregnancy, I remember feeling lost, scared, vulnerable, and in need of hope and resources. Being part of Willow has allowed me to give back to the community that supported me when I was a new mother. I get to make an impact and speak life over women that need it most.
"You can't go back and change the beginning but you can start where you are and change the ending." – C.S. Lewis
I’ve learned to find purpose in every painful chapter of my story and not let the heartbreak and hurt be the end. I’m only able to provide hope for our residents at Rose Home because I know what it’s like to wrestle with pain and find the beauty of it.
When I came on board at Rose Home a year and a half ago, I saw a place to minister to women and children – a place to use my past experiences and passions to help others. What I was not expecting was to find a home for myself – a place that has brought peace, joy, and hope into my life. I’ve been challenged as a leader, inspired as a mother, and valued as a team member by our amazing staff and residents. I love being at Rose Home and supporting our mission.
I am passionate about educating, empowering, and equipping women for motherhood. As an RN with a background in postpartum mother & baby care, I’m able to use my medical knowledge, personal experiences, and passions to nurture these women and children when they’re most vulnerable. It is an honor and privilege to be part of Rose Home & Willow and everyday there is a true blessing."
Thank you, Kristen, for all you do to bring hope, care, and love to our residents!
