🌟 Staff Spotlight: Wendy Rockey, South Office Coordinator 🌟
“I worked at Sacred Heart Catholic Church for over 30 years, and during that time I became familiar with Barbara and the work of Birth Choice, now known as Willow Pregnancy Support. When I retired in 2012, I knew I wanted to get involved in volunteer opportunities.
I started as a once-a-week volunteer here, and within a couple of years, I became even more involved. I worked in the clothing room often and helped at the front desk whenever needed. I have never felt the need to do pregnancy tests, as I have always enjoyed the behind-the-scenes work. I guess my secretarial side has always stayed with me.
I feel it is important to give a good first impression of this ministry, and I hope I do that. I definitely feel that Willow is a MINISTRY, and I have always felt that way. When I was offered a part-time paid position, I was truly grateful, and it has been very worthwhile.”
