Winter is the driest time for your skin! Treat it well. Don’t scrub your legs with hot soapy water in the shower. The leg does not produce sweat and oils that stink. This is unlike your armpits, groin, feet

Instead, let the soap just run down the legs. After showering is a good heavy duty, high-quality cream on the legs and feet. Be careful not to slip if you do put lotion on the soles of your feet

Check your skin carefully for skin lesions, open sores, evidence of fungus, which typically is in small superficial peeling circles of skin.
