Joining a Turkey Trot this Thanksgiving? 🦃🏃‍♀️ It’s a fun way to get moving, enjoy time with family, and burn off a little holiday pie!

Make sure your knees and hips are ready for the race with these quick prep tips:

* Warm up first: 5–10 minutes of light walking or dynamic stretches.
* Strengthen your muscles: Squats, lunges, and glute exercises help support your joints.
* Stretch afterward: Focus on quads, hamstrings, and hip flexors to prevent stiffness.
* Wear supportive shoes: Proper footwear reduces impact on your knees and hips.
