Meet Dr. David Stokesberry, a seasoned physician with expertise in Gastroenterology. He completed his Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. With over 20 years of clinical experience, he joined Digestive Disease Specialists, Inc. (DDSI) in 2002. Dr. Stokesberry is highly trained in diagnosing and treating a range of digestive disorders, including those affecting the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, liver and gallbladder. Dr. BaoLong Nguyen is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and a Diplomat of the American Board of Gastroenterology. He is a member of several professional associations including the American Gastroenterological Association, the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and the Oklahoma State and County Medical Associations. Dr. Nguyen has completed extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, liver, and gallbladder.

Dr. Verapan Vongthavaravat completed his Gastroenterology fellowship training at the Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center. Dr. Vong remained at the University of Oklahoma as Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Digestive Diseases Section where he was active with research as well as clinical instruction and supervision of Gastroenterology fellows for three years. He then entered private practice in Washington State from 2005 to 2010. Dr. Vong joined Digestive Disease Specialists, Inc. in January 2011. Dr. Vong has completed extensive training in the diagnosis and management of disorders of the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, liver, and gallbladder.

Dr. David Neumann II completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI. Dr. Neumann II performs routine endoscopic procedures including upper endoscopy (EGD) and colonoscopy, as well as advanced endoscopic procedures including radiofrequency ablation of Barrett’s esophagus, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and endoscopic ultrasound (EUS).
