✏️Fun industry facts about Merica:✏️
-She became a certified nursing assistant in 2013, and that’s when her passion for long-term care flourished.
-She obtained her medication aide in 2015.
-She has also worked as an activities and social services director.
-Her bachelor's degree is in Lifespan Care Administration with a minor in geriatrics.
-She graduated from the University of Oklahoma.
-She became an administrator in 2019.
-In 2023, she was nominated by Care Providers of Oklahoma as the 2023-2024 Future Leader. She attended a three-day training in Washington DC.
