✨ A New Chapter Begins at The Lodge at Brookline ✨

We were proud to celebrate an exciting milestone at The Lodge at Brookline, a day filled with great energy, meaningful conversations, and a shared vision for the future of care.

This event also marked the official re-launch of our in-house dialysis program, made possible through our partnership with Concerto Renal Services. Bringing dialysis services directly into our community allows residents to receive high-quality, coordinated renal care in a familiar, comfortable environment, eliminating the stress of outside transportation while improving outcomes and quality of life.

From the warm welcome and beautiful setup to the food, fellowship, and collaboration, this day truly reflected what’s possible when innovative partners come together with a patient-centered focus.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success and to our partners, staff, and community members who continue to support this next chapter. We’re just getting started, and we’re excited for what’s ahead. 💙
