Preregister to speed up the process at www.chronicdocs.com complete your intake- then no need to pay until you arrive at the patient drive! Make sure to have your OK ID or DL, Access to your email you can check from your phone, Copy of Soonercare or Medicare Card.

Join us in ADA at Broadway Smoke Dispensary April 4th 12-7pm for a onsite patient drive. The Chronic Brands team will be onsite with the Black Opal Executive Transportation to help you get legal! Make sure you pre-register at www.chronicdocs.com/broadwaysmoke to help speed up the process. MUST have access to your Email on site, Must have the ability to do your intake questions on your phone onsite. Complete all the intake information online before (if possible) and then just save your account until we are on site. No need to prepay we will collect payment onsite the day of the event. We are happy to help with the whole process if you need help- but for a quicker outcome completing the intake before will help speed up your process.
