DEADLINE APPROACHING
More than 400,000 independent voters in Oklahoma face a key decision ahead of the March 31 deadline to change party affiliation.
Advocates say political polarization and the state’s closed primary system are discouraging participation, especially among unaffiliated voters.
Why it matters and what you need to know before the deadline in the full story in the comments.

We should all get to be our authentic selves. It doesn’t take rights away from any of us to be an advocate for someone who should also have autonomy and basic human rights.
As we think about this timeline and the ways that trans folks are asked to be visible and vulnerable, there is a big gap in allyship to create the safety we need just to exist. From the halls of power to our neighbors and friends, trans folks need you to find your nerve. To stand up and fight back for our safety and autonomy, everywhere we call home.
If you consider yourself an ally, what are 3 actions you're taking this week of Trans Advocacy and Action and ahead of Trans Day of Visibility, to create safety and care for the trans folks you're in community with? How are you challenging other folks in your network to do the same?

The recent news cycle in Kansas has been disturbing but not surprising for 2STGNC+ folks in and around this part of the world. We know that the harm of policies that target trans folks don't stop at any arbitrary border, and the work to fight back shouldn't either.
One of the things we noticed was that as folks saw the harm happening on the ground in Kansas, the most common call to action from folks outside of Kansas and offer to help folks on the ground was to displace people from the place they call home.
While there are certainly reasons for folks to leave when they live in places where the harm is the worst, there are so many of us that can't or don't want to. We deserve the safety, resources, and community to thrive, in these places we call home. Every place we call home. And the investment in that safety from folks with more safety and resources beyond these places.
This Trans Week of Advocacy and Action, we're focused on why there's no place like 'homa, and what it looks like to build community, safety, and liberation right here on the ground in the places where the attacks are the most pressing, and where so much brilliant, creative response work happens as a result.

Our Mission
A Fulcrum is defined as a foundation or support, and as the point upon which change occurs. At Fulcrum Clinic, we believe that fulfilling both definitions is essential when assisting clients in achieving their individual healthcare goals. We provide the foundation for meaningful change by providing the highest quality of care in a compassionate and accepting environment.
At Fulcrum we embrace a holistic approach to health and wellness, and we are pleased to offer culturally-sensitive, safe and affordable services to all individuals. We currently accept several insurances (Aetna, GEHA, HealthChoice, TriCare, United Health Care). We also endeavor to provide additional affordable healthcare options for those who are uninsured (and those insurances that we do not accept), including $40 Sick Visits.
