They crash our emails when we get so many during closures and as always, are addressed after portal messages.

Fulcrum is a family owned and operated Family Medicine Practice. Our staff and provider, Mark G. Fergeson, APRN, CNP, Family Nurse Practitioner, proudly offer services in Primary Care, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Women's Health, Autoimmune Disorders, PANS/PANDAS Care, LGBTQ+ Health, IV Infusions & more. We are open Mondays and Thursdays from 8-5, Tuesdays from 8-6, Wednesdays from 10-7. We occasionally schedule appointments on Friday, depending on circumstances, by appointment only.
