Please come by and get food if you are struggling. No one should go hungry. We will be closed Nov 25-28 for Thanksgiving but we are here until 7 pm on 11/19/2025 and from 8 to 5 on both Thursday 11/20/25 and Monday 11/24/2025.
Closed for lunch from 1-2 each day.

Fulcrum is a family owned and operated Family Medicine Practice. Our staff and provider, Mark G. Fergeson, APRN, CNP, Family Nurse Practitioner, proudly offer services in Primary Care, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Women's Health, Autoimmune Disorders, PANS/PANDAS Care, LGBTQ+ Health, IV Infusions & more. We are open Mondays and Thursdays from 8-5, Tuesdays from 8-6, Wednesdays from 10-7. We occasionally schedule appointments on Friday, depending on circumstances, by appointment only.
