All three of our Nutrition Clubs are thrilled to unveil our brand-new October Pink Halloween Menu! October is all about spooky fun, but it’s also Breast Cancer Awareness Month—and this year, we’re bringing the two together in the most boo-tiful way. ✨

Our menu is overflowing with ghoulishly good pink protein shakes, chilling energy teas, hauntingly healthy cocktails, and frightfully festive treats—each one served up with a playful splash of pink to honor the fighters, survivors, and thrivers. 🩷

This month, we also celebrate a very special warrior: Janet Ward, who continues her inspiring journey to defeat breast cancer. 🎀✨ And let’s be real—breast cancer is way scarier than Halloween, but victories like hers remind us what true courage looks like. 💪💗

Anytime the first hint of fall rolls in, I can’t help but want to curl up and rewatch one of my favorite shows, Gilmore Girls. The small-town magic of Stars Hollow, the witty banter, and (of course) the endless cups of coffee just feel like autumn comfort at its best.

This September, we’ve put together the sweetest little menu inspired by Lorelai, Rory, and the whole quirky crew. From energizing teas like the Stars Hollow Spritzer and Dragonfly to cozy shakes like Luke’s Pumpkin Pancake and Suki’s Mud Pie Cheesecake, every sip feels like a scene straight out of our favorite hometown diner.

And because Gilmore Girls and coffee go hand-in-hand, we built an entire section just for protein coffees ☕— with playful picks like Jess’s Bad Boy Brew, the Where You Lead Latte, and Lorelei’s Candy Cane Latte.
