It was a beautiful spring morning—just days after I had been released from a months long hospital stay following a ski accident. I was finally home, healing, and beginning to enjoy the simple things again.

Then, at 9:02 AM, I felt it. Even from 12 miles away, the force of the Oklahoma City bombing shook our home… and changed our world forever.

So many lives were lost in an instant—including precious children—because of an unimaginable act of evil.

It’s hard to believe it’s been 30 years. Yet the memory is etched into our hearts forever.
