Quick update + small celebration 🌱
I’ve used Written Exposure Therapy (WET) for years to help clients process trauma—and offering it in a focused, twice-a-week rhythm has consistently helped folks move through it faster, finding relief more quickly than in other PTSD treatments.
In many agency settings, even therapists trained in WET can’t offer it this way due to packed schedules or system constraints. In my private practice, I’ve made it a priority to carve out space for this kind of care—on purpose—so clients don’t have to wait months or years to feel better.
What’s new is how I’m packaging and sharing it. RESET is a short-term PTSD Intensive—structured, intentional, and easy to access. And it’s been landing really well.
After I shared about RESET recently, a local psychology professor commented:
“Absolutely love you’re offering the twice weekly option. WET is easily the most effective new PTSD treatment developed in the past two decades, with solid theory and empirical outcomes behind it.”
That kind of encouragement means a lot—especially from someone who teaches and trains others in this work.
