Rooted Intentions is an evening of sound and stillness, designed to help you slow down, settle into your body, and listen for what is ready to be planted in this new year. Through the gentle resonance of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other grounding instruments, you’ll be guided into a calm, present space where clarity and insight can naturally arise.

Lauren is kicking us off with the first volunteer spotlight in January. Lauren wears a lot of different hats and helps out with so much. She is the secretary of the board and takes meeting notes, she's one of the organizers for our artist program, and hangs the artwork around the building, and she's an event volunteer.
