Through the soothing resonance of crystal and Tibetan bowls and other calming instruments, you’ll be guided into a space where the body unwinds, the mind softens, and the heart becomes luminous again.

This sound bath is an invitation to embrace the spaciousness of early winter — not as darkness to fear, but as a soft, shimmering landscape where clarity rises and inner light becomes unmistakable. If you've been at the center recently, you may have seen our Giving Tree in the lobby/waiting room.🎄

We've set up a wish tree this year with small items that would benefit the center as a way for the community to get involved if you feel called to give back. There are many ways to show support during this season, and while we appreciate it, we certainly don't expect a donation. WE LOVE THE SUPPORT AND PARTICIPATION WE GET FROM OUR COMMUNITY YEAR-ROUND! 🥰

The tree will be up at the center until the new year, and any wish tags left on the tree are fair game. You can drop off your donations in the box next to the tree. 🎁
