One of the most meaningful ways I’ve found to support others is by sharing the holistic tools and healing modalities that have deeply impacted my own journey.

From energy healing and frequency technology to powerful wellness products — these aren’t just things I “use”… they’ve helped me heal, grow, and return to balance during some of the most difficult seasons of my life.

It’s truly a blessing to now be able to turn around and share them with others — and to witness how they light up someone else’s path too.

And here’s what I want you to know:
You don’t need to be fully healed, have it all figured out, or be in the “perfect” place to start helping others.❤️‍🩹

Trapped emotions are destructive vibrations, and tend to affect the body wherever they are embedded. These toxic energies create the foundation for pain and disease, depression, negative life patterns, addictions, and more. Releasing trapped emotions makes conditions right for the body to heal. Physical and emotional difficulties often disappear or become much more manageable.

When we suffer heartache, we often construct a wall of protection around the heart, made of the energies of trapped emotions. Although these “Heart Walls” may protect us at the time, they remain as a barrier to connecting with others, receiving love, and bringing success and prosperity into our lives. They may even contribute to the development of heart disease and dysfunction. ​ During an Emotion Code session, kinesiology is often used (muscle testing) to retrieve information from your subconscious mind and your body, in order to identify trapped emotions. These blockages causing disharmony are released with a therapeutic magnet which amplify`s the power of intention. Those energies are directed through the Governing Vessel Meridian. The G.V. - which is the central energy channel, where energies can be safely released, thus balancing vital pathways.
