Our 19th street median is full of weeds & was reading that seeding with clover in the Spring can assist with choking out weeds - any experience with this?

We had a blast getting to know some of the steering committee working to reorganize Crestwood Neighborhood last night! This team is full of energy and committed to creating a safe, healthy, and attractive neighborhood for everyone who moves into their community.

NACOK cannot wait to see how they work to build community leading up to their vote to officially re-establish their association in the coming months!

A few of the city streetlights in Crestwood on the NW 19th median closest to N May Avenue have been out since the city installed the new street light at 19th & May. I need to remember to call them about that!

Good afternoon Crestwood, an update on the Crestwood Neighborhood Assn (CNA) Midfirst Bank accounts since the CNA is no longer in existence. Received an overdraft notice as the checking acct was overdrawn $59.83. The only item coming out of that acct for years has been to OGE for a light on the 19th st median by the flagpole. Was around $30 per month until recently jumped to $60+ a mo. Closed the savings acct which had $30+ in it & moved those funds to checking. Cannot close the checking acct until the overdraft fees are paid & the fees will keep mounting so i should just pay them & be done with it. Note: there is a CNA CD acct with approx $2,892.00. It could be closed on July 3, 2026 with no penalty. How to decide what to do with those funds or just leave it alone & hope some day, someone in Crestwood will be motivated to get the neighborhood assn moving & shaking again? A group of us tried valiantly last year to no avail. Your thoughts are welcome!

Schools from across the metro are racing under the lights TONIGHT! Come down to the Oklahoma River and be a part of the Scholastic Youth Rowing League Championships starting at 4p! It'll be worth the trip... promise!

Thanks to everyone who came out for the summer social last night, it was so great to meet everyone and get some neighborhood events going again! A special thank you to Yosemite’s Snow Shack for serving up snow cones to our neighborhood yesterday! We estimated that we had at least 80+ neighbors who came out for the summer fun!
