The Stomach Meridian in Traditional Chinese Medicine does more than help us digest food — it’s also tied to how we “digest” emotions and experiences. When this energy isn’t flowing, we may feel worry, anxiety, or fatigue.
In this special class with Gwyn, you’ll explore gentle qigong forms, breathwork, visualization, and acupressure points to bring balance back to the Stomach Meridian. This practice helps restore stability, grounding, and ease — both physically and emotionally.
