Meet Lauree. For the past 7 years, Lauree has been guiding Soul Yoga students through practices of Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness, and Self-Compassion. Her classes invite you to slow down, turn inward, and meet yourself with gentleness and grace. With her soothing presence and heartfelt guidance, Lauree helps students quiet the noise, soften the inner critic, and reconnect with their own innate wisdom.

Her approach reminds us that rest is powerful, and self-compassion is a practice worth showing up for.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Heart meridian is one of the most vital energy pathways in the body. It embodies the qualities of the Fire element—radiance, joy, warmth, and connection—and plays a central role in both our physical and emotional health.

The Heart governs the blood and vessels, regulates emotions, and is said to house the Shen—our spirit, consciousness, and mental clarity. When the Heart meridian is balanced, we experience emotional stability, restful sleep, and clear, centered thoughts. When imbalanced, we may feel scattered, anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or experience insomnia.

This 60-minute Qigong class is designed to support and balance the energy of the Heart meridian. You’ll explore breathwork, acupressure tapping, Qigong forms, and guided visualization—all simple yet powerful tools to regulate the nervous system and restore harmony within.
