Meet Lauree. For the past 7 years, Lauree has been guiding Soul Yoga students through practices of Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness, and Self-Compassion. Her classes invite you to slow down, turn inward, and meet yourself with gentleness and grace. With her soothing presence and heartfelt guidance, Lauree helps students quiet the noise, soften the inner critic, and reconnect with their own innate wisdom.
Her approach reminds us that rest is powerful, and self-compassion is a practice worth showing up for.
