Karen has spent the entire week working in the Memphis VA system. She started the week down in Tupelo, Mississippi (birthplace of Elvis) meeting with PT. She also got to do in-service trainings with the Therapy departments at the main hospital, the Nonconnah CBOC, and Jackson CBOC. She loves to tease the team and send us pictures of all the great places she gets to eat as well. 😊 if you are a Veteran in the Memphis system and would like more information please reach out to Karen at extension 128. Good news for our veteran friends!

The rule is rescinded! After intense pressure from the veteran community, to include VFW National Commander Carol Whitmore, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs will officially rescind its disability rating rule change. We thank VA for listening to all of us. https://bit.ly/4sxvEWv

GREAT start to the week! Kolby spent Sunday educating District 5 VFW Commanders in Homestead, Fl! Monday she stopped in to see the her Pain Clinic provider in Miami, Vet Center in Ft. Kim was BUSY this week with visits to Columbus, Tampa, and Bay Pines VAs. Seeing our veterans in person is always a bonus! Shout out to the DAV in the regional office, John in Bay Pines, and Jay at Tampa for all the help and guidance. The neurology and chronic pain clinics in Columbus were updated. The Pain and Occupational Therapy clinics were educated at Bay Bines. Finally, the SCI PT/OT department in Tampa were trained with their new demo unit. All very exciting! Stephanie had an incredible time at the BorderPlex Veteran & Family Caregiver Expo in El Paso, Texas! 🇺🇸
She had the honor of connecting with so many wonderful vendors, veterans, and caregivers—educating them on our innovative pain management device available through the VA at no cost to the veteran.
A huge thank you to the Elizabeth Dole Foundation for hosting such an impactful event and for including Neurolumen. We are grateful to be part of supporting those who have served.

Karen is in Shreveport, Louisiana today and tomorrow! There is a free women’s Vendor event happening tomorrow (Saturday) from 9am-2pm so stop on by to see her and other Vendors. American Legion North Carolina mid - winter was so much fun. They gave us a whole room to treat veterans and their pain that was labeled the "Neurolumen Spa"!🥰 We filled up those chairs and veterans got relief so they could sing their karaoke at the banquet!! We met this Veteran at the Annual Wheelchair Games! We love that it is aiding her workouts. It is also great for post workout recovery! If you are a Veteran that would like to have some relief from your aches and pains, reach out to us!
