During our annual retreat earlier this month, each of our executive directors was presented with a superlative award recognizing an amazing trait or contribution they share with our communities.
Backed by verifiable evidence and presented with a touch of humor, the awards highlighted each director’s super-strength while celebrating their unique expertise, creativity, and dedication to the organization’s mission and values.

Let’s Go!! Village on the Park offers transportation services Monday-Thursday! Residents can sign up for rides to Dr appointments and errands and it’s all INCLUDED in the amenities offered here! Seniors who call VOP home love having the freedom to “go to town” when they need something! Anthony is a fantastic driver and takes great care of his passengers!

Kicking off 2026 with purpose, strategy, and collaboration!🎊🙌

This month, our team and sister communities came together for our annual retreat—a fantastic chance to reflect, share ideas, and recharge for the year ahead.

We had meaningful conversations about today’s evolving senior living prospects across all service levels. Our sessions covered everything from the medical model and emerging digital marketing technologies to why authentic, lasting connections with families matter so much—throughout the decision-making process and beyond.

We’re excited to put these insights into action as we continue growing together. Here’s to meeting the needs of those we serve in 2026!
