Learning doesn’t just happen in the classroom—it happens in the little moments too! At Sunbeam, we create parent engagement stations like this one outside our early education classrooms.

During drop-off and pick-up, parents and children can explore hands-on activities like matching colorful magnet tiles. These simple interactions spark curiosity, build problem-solving skills, and strengthen the parent-child bond—all while introducing concepts in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM).

🎒 Now Accepting Applications: Grandparents Raising Grandchildren School Supply Program! Sunbeam Family Services, the Oklahoma City Police Department, Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office and TRIAD volunteers are excited to offer this annual program supporting grandparents raising grandchildren.

Through this program, eligible families can receive a backpack and essential school supplies like notebooks, pencils, folders and more for the upcoming school year.

• Applications take about 20–30 minutes to complete
• Families will be notified of approval status by July 10
• Priority is given to families engaged in Sunbeam programs and services
