R.J.’s Bird’s Nest offers a variety of age-appropriate learning experiences to develop intellectual, social, self-confidence, and decision-making skills. Children will learn STEAM, language, motor, and self-help skills through educational activities and experiences prepared by our Certified teachers. Our classroom curriculum also emphasizes physical health, dental health, personal safety, fire safety, tobacco prevention, and nutrition. The Director and Staff of R.J.s Birds Nest are trained professionals with over 50 years of combined experience in Early Childhood Education.

Online applications for LIHEAP are now open.

The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) helps income-eligible Oklahoma households with winter heating utility bills. This federally funded program is offered seasonally and provides critical support to families during colder months.

Some households may already be pre-authorized and do not need to apply. Those who are not pre-authorized are encouraged to apply online for faster service.

Print and distribute to your families, hang in your lobby, post on your social media pages and send out via your parent software (Brightwheel, ProCare, etc). They need to raise their voices and take action ASAP! It is unfortunate that providers are in the position to communicate this devastating news to parents as DHS has not notified them directly.
