✨Small resolutions, big impact ✨

By now, you've probably been inundated with goal-setting motivation, tips, or new year's resolutions! When it comes to cancer risk reduction, small, consistent habits matter most.

Here are a few resolutions to consider that are realistic, sustainable, and backed by science.

✔ Nutrition-first dietary goals - Fruits, vegetables, whole grains. No perfection, just progress.

✔ Move a little every day. Regular movement lowers the risk of several cancers, and boosts your energy and mood.

✔ Early detection saves lives. Schedule the appointments recommended for your age/factors.

✔ Exercise the mind as well - meditation, therapy, and support practices are all tools to help you stay in tune with your emotional needs.

✔ Keeping up with your best hydration and rest habits will allow you to be able to show up at your best to tackle the other small changes.

Remind yourself that a change doesn't need to be overwhelming to be powerful - small steps will more likely develop into habits that withstand the test of time!
