Here's a glimpse of what a retreat with us is like! Creativity, movement, grounding, soul-nourishment and so much more. Our next retreat is April 16-19 in Garfield, AR on an organic blueberry farm! The weekend will include yoga classes, a reiki sound bath, tarot workshop, home cooked meals and time to just be. Our full moon sound bath at Myriad Botanical Gardens is this Sunday at 6 pm! It's in the Water Plaza Room below the Crystal Bridge and free to attend. The class is limited to 70 people, so please arrive early to claim your spot! Don't forget to bring your pillow, blanket, yoga mat and anything else you may need to get cozy ✨💜

Join us Sunday, February 1 at 6 p.m. in the Water Plaza Room inside the Inasmuch Foundation Crystal Bridge for a calming Full Moon Sound Bath and Meditation led by wellness practitioners Anna and Mark of Markanna Wellness

Immerse yourself in soothing sound vibrations and guided meditation in one of downtown OKC’s most beautiful spaces.
