Mark is starting a new yoga flow class at on Sundays at 4:30 pm! The first class will be 9/14. If you've been wanting to try his classes but 6 am is not your jam, this class is for you! Incorporating vinyasa and hatha yoga styles, this all-levels class will help grow your practice through dynamic moving meditation. Drop in classes are $15 and the studio's monthly unlimited yoga/barre membership is just $49/month! See you on the mat ✨💜

Join us for a guided experience that taps into the ancient healing wisdom of scent, the power of plant resonance and the deep nervous system regulation available through self-massage and sound.
