                                            If you haven’t already, everyone meet ! Kate started out as a member, crushing Pilates 4 times a week, yall know her & love her, and know she’s strong as hell!! 
When I started MVMNT Lab, I chose Pilates “& wellness” because I wanted it to be able to encompass all aspects of wellness, and strength training is part of that! The strength lab class accompanies the Pilates classes like peanut butter and jelly — they just fit together SO WELL. 
With Kate’s background & expertise we knew she’d be the perfect fit to help get you guys stronger outside of your normal Pilates routine! Find her on the schedule Thursday evenings 5&6 PM, and Sunday mornings 9:30&10:30 AM

Kate is an Air Force veteran, nutrition coach, and endurance athlete. With a Master’s in Psychology and certifications in everything from hormones to performance fueling, she blends data with behavior change to help athletes, parents, military members, and mamas live stronger lives. Currently training by lifting, doing Pilates, growing a human, and wrangling 3 pups! 🏃♀️💪🐶
