No strength training classes for the next 2 weeks? No problem!!
Kate has you covered with 4 workouts to complete at home with minimal equipment until she’s back!!
All movements have been done in strength training classes before, but if you have any questions or haven’t done something yet, send Kate () a message and she’ll make sure you’re ready to go.
Grab your weights, or just yourself, and get after it.
