The mistake I see most often with disc pain is treating pain like the problem. Pain is information. When care only quiets symptoms, the root issue stays active. Long term results come from restoring motion, stability, and nervous system function. That is the difference between temporary relief and real progress.

Taking a few days in London and noticing something interesting…

Stepping away from the day-to-day always gives me clarity. When you slow down, you can see what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change.

I see this all the time with the patients I work with, real progress doesn’t come from doing more, it comes from doing the right things consistently.

Rest isn’t a pause on progress. Sometimes it’s exactly what creates it.
