so pleased with how this project turned out🌼

behind the scenes: the table top for both our body-care table & bev bar were refurbished from an old dresser that belonged to my sister. one of my very favorite things is giving new life to old pieces so they can keep being used!

the legs were hand built by my husband — i showed him my inspo pic & he made it happen.

the process of curating our new booth space took months to craft — pinterest boards, random ideas, materials we had already, other people’s ‘trash’, & a whole lot of elbow grease.

it was quite the process but anything worth doing i’ve learned often takes some effort. grateful!!!

we are feeling over the moon excited to be back in the swing of market season💫 after taking the winter off to recuperate & update several things — being around all you lovely humans again has been wonderful!

+ at markets our drinks are all ON TAP now! same drinks as before but now with an added sparkle which we believe makes them even better✨
+ALL ingredients for beverages are still 100% ORGANICALLY SOURCED! quality will always be important to us.
+we still offer custom drink orders which will be in our GLASS BOTTLES. simply ask & we will get you taken care of!
+last but not least, we always have FREE SAMPLES so please stop by & lets us know what you think!

our founder (sophia) has a background in traditional naturopathy which consists of looking at the underlying causes of ailments by evaluating the whole person—body, mind, & spirit—rather than simply band-aiding symptoms.
this looks like supporting the body’s innate healing abilities through non-invasive, natural modalities, focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, herbal medicine, homeopathy, etc., to prevent illness & encourage wellness. we call this a ‘root cause’ approach!
