At Midtown Drug, our mission has always been rooted in care, compassion, and healing. Recently, a member of our team made a public comment that does not reflect our values and, understandably, caused concern. Out of respect of our patients, community, and staff, we made the difficult decision to part ways with this employee.
We want to be clear: Midtown Drug does not condone comments or actions that divide. We believe words have power, and ours should always reflect dignity, empathy, and respect.
To the family, friends, and supporters of Charlie Kirk who were impacted by this situation, we want to express our sincere understanding. Our intention is never to diminish or alienate, but to uphold an environment where every person feels safe, supported, and respected.
We are in the business of healing – not dividing. Our commitment is to ensure that every patient who walks through our doors experiences care that reflects integrity, compassion, and unity.
We will continue to hold ourselves accountable and move forward guided by the principle that healthcare is about bringing people together, not pushing them apart.
