Are you a maker, artist, or small business owner in the OKC area?

We're building out our vendor lineup for the Plaza Yoga Night Market — a bimonthly evening market happening right here at the studio on 16th Street, the second and fourth Fridays of each month.

We're looking for: local artisans + makers, wellness + body care vendors, plant + crystal + spiritual goods, handmade jewelry + textiles, and small food or drink purveyors.

The vibe is community-first. The foot traffic is real — we're in the heart of the Plaza District.

Interested? Slide into our DMs or email us. We'd love to build something with you. 🌿

Thai Yoga Bodywork gets described a lot of ways — "yoga for lazy people," "the lazy man's yoga," "assisted stretching." None of those quite cover it.

What it actually is: a centuries-old healing practice that uses rhythmic compression, assisted movement, and acupressure along the body's energy lines. The receiver is fully clothed. You work on a mat. And the session moves like a slow, intentional dance — guided by breath and presence, not force.

For massage therapists, it opens up a completely different way of working with the body. Less table work on your wrists and back. More whole-body engagement. More connection.

Dani is a CTYB-L4 — one of the highest certifications available in Thai Yoga Bodywork — and she teaches Level 1 training here at Plaza Yoga. 53 CEUs. Real, hands-on work.

There are muscles in your body that hold you upright — quietly, constantly — and rarely get the credit.

The pelvic floor. The lower abdominals. The rhomboids. The lats.

These aren't the muscles that look strong in a mirror. They're the ones that make standing feel easy, breathing feel full, and moving feel coordinated.

When we spend most of our time sitting, these muscles go quiet. Not weak, exactly — just unreminded. And over time, the body starts to compensate.

Yoga wakes them back up. Not through force, but through awareness and repetition. Pose by pose, breath by breath, your body starts to remember what stability actually feels like.

And stability, it turns out, is what makes everything else possible.

Come practice. 🌿

Here's the math we like: unlimited yoga for $110 a month.

If you're coming to class more than a handful of times a month — and honestly, you should be — the unlimited membership just makes sense. You stop doing the per-class calculation in your head. You just come.

And when the barrier goes down, something changes. The practice gets more consistent. The results get more real. The studio starts to feel like yours.

$110/month | Unlimited classes | All teachers | All styles

Drop-in is always $18 if you're still feeling it out. But when you're ready to commit to yourself — we're ready to make it easy. Link in bio or DM us to get started. 🌿

*Depost Due Today!*

Dani has been doing this work for years — and she's finally teaching it again.

Thai Yoga Bodywork Level 1 starts soon, and we still have room for a few more students. If you've been sitting on this, now is the moment to reach out.

This training is for yoga teachers & massage therapists looking to add a profoundly effective hands-on modality to their practice. Thai bodywork bridges both worlds in a way that nothing else quite does.Reach out directly to claim your spot — Dani will get you sorted.

Contact info in bio. 🙏

Community yoga should actually be accessible to the community. That's always been our belief — and thanks to our friends at Grinmore, we get to live it out every single Sunday.

Grinmore sponsors our Sunday 11am Community Yoga class, which means you can show up and practice. No barriers. No awkward conversations at the door. Just yoga, for whoever needs it.

We don't take this for granted. Grinmore's support makes it possible to hold space for students who are new, in transition, or just stretching a budget — and that matters enormously to us.

Sundays, 11am | 1745 NW 16th St | Come as you are.

💛Thank you, . You make this community bigger.

Tight shoulders. Clenched jaw. The breath you forgot to take somewhere around 2pm.

These things aren't just stress. They're what chronic overstimulation looks like in a body — the physical evidence of a culture that treats rest as a reward instead of a requirement.

We're not here to fix your schedule. Yoga can't do that.

But it can teach your nervous system that it's safe to come down. That not every moment has to be productive. That your body is allowed to be somewhere that isn't bracing for the next thing.

That's not a small thing. That's actually the whole thing.

Hey friends! I’m getting *really close* to having these orange cream push pops figured out. A little about these:
• very simple, REAL ingredients.
• dye free
• dairy free 🎉
Other than the orange- what flavors would you like to see these in? Some front runners for me are watermelon, some sort of mixed berry and piña colada. The options are limitless though!
