Way to go, Andrea!

🚨MEET THE TEAM🚨
We are excited to kick off meet the team! Each week we will share a photo and spotlight our amazing members!

This week we’re proud to highlight Andrea Busby-Tapp, RN.

Some people serve — and some people truly live a life of compassion in everything they do. Andrea Busby-Tapp is one of those people. 💙
Andrea is a Regional Nurse Manager for TK Health, with a career that began in 2019 as a correctional nurse. Since then, she has taken on numerous vital roles including Floor Nurse, Charge Nurse, Infection Control Coordinator, Continuous Quality Improvement Coordinator, Medication-Assisted Treatment Coordinator, Director of Nursing, Behavioral Health Administrator, and Health Services Administrator.
Her passion has always centered around serving and educating underserved populations, especially those at some of the lowest points in their lives while incarcerated. Working alongside a lot of different county sheriffs, she has helped bring compassionate, quality healthcare to individuals who truly need it — and she carries that same heart into everything she does.
Andrea also proudly volunteers with the Edmondson Fire Department, continuing her mission to care for others beyond the walls of her profession. Her compassion shows not only in her work, but in how she shows up for her team and her community every single day.
We are incredibly grateful to have someone as knowledgeable and educated as Andrea on our team — not only helping keep us informed on the latest in medical care, but also taking the time to teach, guide, and pour into others with the knowledge she’s gained through her experience.
When she’s not serving others, Andrea is also a proud dog mom to Mollie — one of the smartest little Yorkies in town, who keeps her smiling even on the busiest days. 🐾
A proud West Memphis resident, Andrea’s roots run deep — and so does her commitment to serving those around her.
An individual who wears many hats, and we are proud to have her wearing ours. 🧢

📸 Stay tuned- next week we will introduce more of the incredible faces behind Search and Rescue!

As always, now is a great time to serve our community and join us!
