🥘 Turkey Taco Skillet

Why it works:

One-pan meals reduce cleanup and simplify weeknight dinners. This recipe is high-protein, fiber-rich, and family-friendly.

Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground turkey
1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)
1 cup black beans, drained
1/2 cup corn
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
Add turkey and cook until browned.
Stir in seasoning, beans, corn, tomatoes, and bell pepper.
Simmer 5–7 minutes until heated through.
