Mary Mahoney WIC is a supplemental nutrition program that provides an electronic benefit card, Oklahoma eWIC, that allows you to obtain free foods that enhance the diets of women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who have delivered within the last six months, as well as infants and children under age 5. We offer free nutrition education including tips on healthy eating and feeding your child. We

also have a free breast pump program and provide breastfeeding education and support. In order to qualify, participants must meet income guidelines and have a brief health assessment by a trained health professional. If you are on Medicaid, SNAP (food stamps), or TANF, YOU qualify for eWIC! This Institution is an equal opportunity provider.
