I am so lucky to have two beautiful souls that can create and lead when I’m away. I trust them to take care of all of you to the same standard I would.

If you find yourself only coming to my classes, use this as an opportunity to try something new. Their vibes and personalities will be refreshing. Have an open mind and don’t get stuck in your comfort zone!

If my teaching isn’t your vibe, this is an opportunity for you as well! 😂 Both of these ladies are gentle, kind, and amazing artists of movement (not to mention great instructors).

Curious about primal yoga but scared to try something new?

You’re in luck! Starting next week, Kristin and I will be teaching primal fundamentals at noon on Tuesday and Thursday. We are still in the very early phases of building a community with this new style and this is the perfect time for you to jump on board.

These classes will teach you the basic patterns and positions that we often include in our classes. Classes are small so you’ll get an intimate experience that will make things seem less scary. Everyone gets a free week, so come check it out!
