Carmen Jimenez-Pride took a chance on us on this crazy adventure in the play therapy world. She was and will continue to be a presence in so many communities. As I spend today reflecting on the impact one person has to touch so many lives both professionally and personally, I hope you will spend a moment too and reflect on your mentors. Those who have left a lasting imprint on your heart and mind. Reach out and let them know how they have influenced you. Something really beautiful about this field is how our work can impact those across generations. I can only imagine the lives that Carmen has touched either by personally being their therapist, training therapists, and supervising therapists. Eternal rest grant unto her. 🕯 I will always be grateful for her life and impact.💜

We are heartbroken to learn of the loss of Carmen Jimenez-Pride LCSW. 💔

She was a shining star in this world and she will be missed by so many in the play therapy world and beyond. 💫

We extend our deepest condolences to her family. 🙏🏼

What a privilege it was to learn from her and simply be in her presence. 🌟

I made a postcard to advertise we have a new cohort starting in September. We have spots left, so if you are interested please reach out.
