Last evening’s first sound bath session was a beautiful success filled with peace, reflection, and healing energy. Together, we journeyed through a guided meditation focused on balancing the chakra system while creating space to quiet the outside world and truly listen to our inner selves. The soothing sounds and intentional breathing allowed everyone to relax deeply, reconnect spiritually, and embrace mindfulness in a gentle and supportive atmosphere. It was an inspiring experience to witness participants open their hearts, release tension, and leave feeling more grounded, centered, and renewed. I am incredibly grateful for everyone who attended and helped make this first sound bath such a meaningful and uplifting experience. Next session June 16th 5:45-6:30

Started my journey to becoming a Craniosacral Therapist. What is Craniosacral Therapy? It is a gentle approach to addressing illnesses of the nervous system including the craniosacrum system with its membranes. From the brain through the spinal cord, cerebrospinal fluid, down to the coccyx. It may be used on headaches, migraines, stress, relaxation, and pain. I need to practice on 75-100 clients before my next scheduled training. So if anyone is interested in trying it out, let me know.
