The Office Manager at K Square Therapy plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the clinic. This position serves as the central point of coordination for administrative functions, patient communication, scheduling, and insurance processes. The Office Manager supports both patients and clinical staff while upholding the clinic’s mission of providing compassionate, high-quality care.
