As 2026 kicks off we want to remind parents that therapy is a commitment on all involved.

The child: has to be present at sessions to benefit

The parent: ask for ways to carry over at home. Be honest with the Therapist about what you are seeing. You must attend all therapy sessions & be on time. Have honest & open conversations. Work on activities & create schedules at home. The therapist alone cannot help your child, YOU have to also work on the issues.

The therapist: dedicates his or her time to you & your child. Please be mindful of this.

Insurance: It is your responsibility to make sure your child’s insurance is ACTIVE. Soonercare & SoonerSelect companies have been dropping coverage. Check your coverage. If paperwork is required, get it in quickly. The companies will cancel your coverage.

We will bill your insurance company for you but if you do not have coverage on day of service, you ARE responsible for the charges on that day.

We do have a $25 no show no call policy

2 no shows will move your child to the flex schedule. This means you are not guaranteed a regular appointment time &/or the same therapist everytime.

WMTG loves to provide OT, PT, Speech & Feeding but it is a team effort to help your child.
