Dr. Justin Campbell is originally from Alva, OK. He did his undergraduate studies and played football at North Western Oklahoma State University located in Alva, OK. Dr. Campbell earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He also attended Options for Animals, located in Hillsdale Illinois, where he received his certification from the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association to treat animals with Chiropractic care.
After graduating from chiropractic school in 2001, Dr. Campbell moved to the Morris area to help his in-laws out on their black angus cattle ranch. Shortly after moving to the area, he also opened up a Chiropractic clinic in downtown Morris where he served the Morris community for 17 years. Dr. Campbell became very involved in the community, serving for many years as the Morris Eagles’ sideline doctor as well as a youth pastor for the First Baptist Church in Okmulgee.
In order to better serve his community, Dr. Campbell began to have a dream of establishing a multi-disciplinary medical clinic in which providers from different medical backgrounds and specialties could work together in order to find the best solution to help patients achieve better health. In the Spring of 2019 this dream became a reality with the building of The Campbell Clinic in Okmulgee.
Dr. Campbell enjoys serving Christ with his gifts and abilities, and is currently a part of the worship team at New Beginnings Baptist Church where he sings and plays guitar and keyboard. He also enjoys training horses, and spending time with his parents on their Red Angus cattle ranch in Bartlesville, OK.
Dr. Campbell is married to his best friend and high school sweet heart, Tobi, who teaches 1st grade at Bixby West Elementary. The Campbells’ have 2 children. Their son, Paden, is currently attending OSU in Stillwater, and their daughter, Ashton, is a cheer leader at Bixby High School.
Matthew Lee, APRN-CNP
Matthew Lee, APRN-CNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner originally from Beggs, OK. He is a 1996 graduate of Morris High School. After graduating, Mr. Lee attended Carl Albert State College in Poteau, OK, on a Baseball and Academic Scholarship. He graduated with an Associates of Science Degree in 1998. He went on to study at the University of Oklahoma College of Nursing, and graduated with his Bachelors in Nursing in 2001. After his undergraduate degree, he continued at the University of Oklahoma College of Nursing, and obtained his Masters in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2003. Over the last 17 years, Mr. Lee has been in Family Practice for 8 years, Urgent Care medicine for 8 years, and 1 year of Cardiology.
When not in the clinic, Mr. Lee enjoys working on his ranch where he raises Registered Black Angus cattle. He is an avid OU fan, and enjoys watching football. He is happily married to his wife, Abbi, who is the CEO of Susan G Komen for the State of Oklahoma. They have two amazing children, Layla and Lakota. His family enjoys being outside, riding horses, 4 wheelers and their Ranger. They love spending time with family and friends as they enjoy their rural lifestyle.
Mr. Lee serves on the Beggs School Board of Education and is active with his church family. He is very excited to provide medical care to Okmulgee and surrounding communities.
Megan Milroy, PT, DPT
Megan Milroy, PT, DPT is from Morris, OK. She graduated from Morris High School in 2012, where she was deeply involved in many aspects of the athletic programs. She received her Associate in Science Degree from Seminole State College in Seminole, OK while playing softball, then transferred to Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Health & Human Performance while continuing to play softball.
Megan attended the physical therapy program at the University of Oklahoma on the Tulsa campus, where she graduated in May 2020 with her doctorate of physical therapy. Megan has been the Director of Physical Therapy at the Campbell Clinic since June 2020.
Megan’s clinical experience includes clinical rotations at TherapyWorks Pediatrics, Advanced Orthopedics, and the OU Physical Therapy clinic at the Tandy Family YMCA. She is currently certified in MSKS Dry Needling Levels 1 & 2 and Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Levels 1 & 2. She plans to earn certifications in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) soon. When Megan is not at the clinic she enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, working out and running, going shopping, baking/cooking, and any outdoor activities.
Megan is a compassionate and positive person, with a caring attitude and is very supportive of her patients. She looks forward to making a difference in the lives of every person she encounters. Megan is enthusiastic about helping all athletes in the greater Okmulgee county area reach their highest potential, no matter what obstacles they may encounter. Her strong sense of family support inspires her to invest and give back to her community that has given her so much.
Amy Hurlburt, MS, MA, DO, FACOOG
Dr. Amy Hurlburt, MS, MA, DO, FACOOG is a primary care provider at The Campbell Clinic who is double board certified in both Internal Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynecology (OBGYN). It is rare for a physician to have completed both residences, and she has found that this combination allows her to truly take care of the whole individual.
Dr. Hurlburt attended Michigan State University for her undergraduate studies and graduated Cum Laude in Psychology. She then moved to California to attend the prestigious University of California Los Angeles, where she received two master’s degrees. Dr. Hurlburt holds a Masters Degree in Behavioral Neuroscience and Physiological Sciences.
In 2002, Dr. Hurlburt attended Midwestern University in Chicago, and in 2006 received the title of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American College of Osteopathic Internists. Her current focus is women’s health and gynecology, but she does take care of men as well.
Dr. Hurlburt enjoys hanging out with her family and running after her two children. She loves to watch college football and attend her body combat class.
Dr. Hurlburt looks forward to continuing to provide medical care to the residents of Okmulgee County.
