We have it in our house on occasion, it's lush on sweet potatoes! 😋

I'm just proposing that we all should become more conscious of what we're consuming.

Avoiding processed foods and eating more whole foods is one of the greatest conscious decisions you can make to Improve your diet and avoid hidden sugars and chemicals that are rampant on super market shelf goods.

Eat more plants.
