Welcome to Family Dental Care, where this office has been serving Okmulgee and the surrounding area for over 25 years.

Family dental care was established in 1987 by Dr. Randy Hess and Dr. Jerry Thorman, both of which have now retired. The office is now owned by Dr. Miranda Ruleford and she is committed to providing the same great quality dentistry that will help you to maintain a healthy and beautiful smile. The same warm and friendly staff is still here to assist in continuing the comfortable experience people have come to expect from Family Dental Care. Our goal is to inform patients of their dental needs and help to educate them on how best to achieve optimal health, function, and beauty of their mouths and smiles.

💙 Happy National Boss’s Day to the one who does it ALL! 💙

From scheduling patients to taking payments, cleaning rooms, doing sterilization, cleaning teeth, painting walls, doing the dishes, and even fixing toilets 😆…. there’s truly nothing she won’t do!

Our amazing boss jumps in wherever she’s needed, leading by example and keeping our office running smoothly. While we are here to make her day easier, somehow she still ends up helping us!
