Well, got the phone back! Apparently someone tried to steal my phone/cable and that was what caused the outage. At&t fixed it and I now have a location so if It happens again I know where to report the outage from. They pulled up as he was working on it as well, so they know that it's been corrected. I hope they are sweating about going to jail also.
