Get to Know Your Okmulgee Aspire Health Provider — Katrina Ligons, MSN, APRN, FNP-C ✨💙

Katrina Ligons is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in both hospital and outpatient care. She graduated from Northeastern State University in 2006 with a B.S. in Health and Human Performance, earned her B.S.N. from the University of Oklahoma in 2011, and worked as a Registered Nurse for 10 years in Cardiac care, Primary Care, Emergency Room, and Urgent Care settings.

She later continued her education and completed her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Practice in 2021. Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Katrina has focused her career in Urgent Care, providing compassionate, patient-centered care to the community.

Katrina is passionate about disease prevention, patient education, and empowering patients to take an active role in their health.

A proud native of Okmulgee County and graduate of Dewar High School, she now resides in Glenpool, OK. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Need a DOT physical for your CDL license or commercial driving job? We’ve got you covered!

A DOT physical is a medical exam required by the Department of Transportation to make sure commercial drivers are healthy and safe to operate a commercial vehicle. During the exam, our providers check things like:

✔️ Vision & hearing
✔️ Heart health
✔️ Medications
✔️ Overall physical health
