Tips for Eating More Vegetables:

1) Include them in smoothies (spinach or zucchini work nicely)

2) Add pureed vegetables to sauces or casseroles. Try pureed carrots in cheesy sauces.

3) Add them to your sandwich or wrap. Tomato, spinach, cucumber, and onion pair well with most savory sandwiches.

4) Set out a snack tray. Include cut up veggies along with fruits, nuts, olives and other healthy snacks.

5) Juice your vegetables. You won't get all the good fiber, but if you're not eating enough veggies this will at least get you the good nutrients!

6) Throw some into your soup. Carrots, celery, onions, potatoes, zucchini, and green beans are all good options.

7) Make vegetable rice or noodles.

8) Eat them with a tasty dip.

9) Whip up a veggie omelet.
