We just wrapped up a project with some before and after pictures of refinishing wood floors. Marta’s & Son works with many sororities. While Summer is in full swing and upon us. The students are all out enjoying their Summer vacations. Our highly trained staff will be diligently getting their spaces cleaned. ready for them to return. We had the honor and pleasure of partnering up with KSU housing, and Dining Services. Marta's & Son, Inc were allowed to commercially clean and disinfect the apartments at Jardine Apartments—thanks to Bill Barrs, Alicia Hardesty, and Cindy Sparbanie. We are always grateful to clients like this for allowing us to be a part of their growing community and for students to experience an excellent clean facility during their summer break. Difference between commercial and domestic cleaning:

Domestic cleaning refers to the cleaning process of residential environments, which is always simpler than commercial cleaning, which is done on commercial premises. This is because houses are often smaller than businesses and have much less foot traffic, which means fewer people spreading germs. Imagine the effort that it would take to clean and disinfect a three-bedroom home as opposed to an average-sized office, retail store or restaurant. Even if a house happens to be larger than a business (a mansion or even a residential building, for instance), commercial settings still have more contaminated surfaces to disinfect and more complex cleaning needs than a home.

This has been a work in the making. Marta’s & Son has been a long admirer of the law enforcement, especially in our hometown in Manhattan, KS. All first responders, including Riley County Police Dept. has been a pillar in our community. They go above and beyond to protect the public and citizens of our small town. They often don’t get the recognition or respect they do deserve by going out, serving our community each day, and risking their lives on the front line.

A special thanks to Mr. Jacob Bollhoefner for giving us the opportunity to help him with his cleaning needs. We are so honored to be able to provide the services they need, so they have one less thing to worry about. Thank you to the men and women officers, and teams for all that you do for our community!!

Commercial cleaning requires certain steps and techniques that go beyond the conventional cleaning of a house due to a number of factors such as size, foot traffic, higher volumes of waste, and others. So reconsider when shopping around. House cleaning is not the same as commercial cleaning.

We would like to also recognize and add a special thank you to,Diana Adams with Thrivent. She went above and beyond to help our staff gain clarity about where and what their hard earned money is going to each month. Toward the end of the presentation, we had several staff members sign up for the services Thrivent offers, to get better equipped with stabilizing and managing their finances in the future.
