🙏🏻With your support we raised over $3000 last year and were able to equip the team with brand new Nike MetCon lifting shoes for this season! 👏🏼

HI ALL! March 15th we will be hosting a CPR class, put on by JC Wellness LLC. This is a great opportunity to knock out your re-cert, if you haven’t already.

The class capacity is limited, so we will operate on a first come/first serve basis.

⭐️CLIENT SPOTLIGHT… Suzee Vinardi⭐️

Suzee is a golf fanatic who enjoys KU sports, reading, and volunteering at her niece and nephew‘s choir concerts. As she keeps herself extremely busy, it has been important to Susie that she maintain her physical health and fitness levels. She loves working with Jonah for his awareness and understanding of her body and its limitations.

She is extremely motivated with intentions on continuing to travel, walk unassisted when she’s 95, and work her brain beyond its capacity.
