Most of them are NOT doing what you think.
Science vs Hype👀

They don’t actually burn fat.
What they usually do:
👉 Increase heart rate
👉 Suppress appetite (temporarily)
👉 Give you a false sense of progress

But they don’t fix the ROOT problem.

⚠️ Even the ones with some science behind them, like CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), have very modest effects: most studies show 1–3% body fat reduction over 6–12 months. That’s maybe 1–4 lbs — not the magic solution you see advertised.🤷🏽

Real fat loss comes from:
✔ Metabolic balance
✔ Sustainable nutrition
✔ The right medical guidance when needed
That’s why so many people feel stuck… even after “trying everything.”
