There are endless options for where to put your time, money, and energy for attempting to improve your health. Choosing the right ones, the ones that will give you the biggest return for your inputs, isn’t always easy.
As a health coach for dads, and a rehab chiropractor my job is to understand where your at in your journey and suggest the right product, service, or behavior for getting you the result your looking for, but it’s not always an easy job when 99% of the things people need aren’t flashy or sexy.
Drink your water. Move your body. Eat whole foods. Get some sun. Socialize with people you like. Sleep. Spend time in nature. Love your family.
Much beyond that is just extra, and if you’re doing the things listed above and have the time, money, and energy to do extra, go ahead! But don’t make the mistake of majoring in the minors.
