In this week of Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, Debra leads us in a meditation to go within. We are connected -- at one -- with the Infinite Divine Presence, so when we direct our attention to our innermost selves, there we find God. There is nowhere in our being that is not one with the Universal Life Force. When we sink into our deepest consciousness, we leave behind all the distractions of the human experience and connect to our infinite selves.

Debra gently reminds us, during this busy time of year, that all is well. This meditation is a gift to give yourself. Remember to treasure yourself and the infinite being that you are ~ connected to All That Is. It helps to remember the basics of a human experience -- that God animates our every cell; guides our thoughts words and actions; and is Ever Present to direct us toward the experiences we came here to Earth to have.

The month of December can be jam-packed with activities ~ and stress ~ so today's meditation provides the ideal antidote. Debra guides us to sink into the present moment and watch what doesn't serve us to just float away into the ethers. She reminds us to be extra kind to ourselves. We live in a friendly, supportive universe; and the more we look for the many examples of this in our lives, the better we feel.

With this meditation being released the week of Thanksgiving in the United States, many of us might face situations where we may potentially feel uncomfortable. Debra offers both practical suggestions to set ourselves up for happy times; and also reminds us that we have a right to feel safe in our own lives. She guides us both to develop an awareness of when discomfort sneaks up on us, and also to develop ways to support and appreciate ourselves whatever we may be feeling.

As we make our way through the November meditations focusing on feeling at home, this week we look at our environments ~ and feeling at home in our Thoughts. So much of our personal comfort stems from the thoughts we think repeatedly. We may identify the discomfort as situational when actually, it is how we view our circumstances that causes us discord. Interestingly, the criticism we experience often comes from what we presume others might think of us (even when they say nothing at all!). Debra guides us to redirect our focus to be more kind and loving to ourselves, to become aware of how we unwittingly repeat thoughts that cause us pain, and to choose and reinforce the peace and joy that we would like to experience.

Debra completes this month of messages from beyond, sharing a bit more about what happens when our souls release their humanness and return to the Oneness (when we die). It doesn't matter how someone makes their exit, without exception they experience unconditional peace and love. She also addresses the messages she has received from souls who left earth through su***de. They have all shared, "It was my time," noting a universal sense of relief. All souls expressed a sense of joy, peace, and most especially love. In her years as a psychic medium, she has come to realize that No One Dies or Is Born at the 'Wrong' Time. It is the Infinite Presence, God, who determines (with our souls' agreement) when we come into a human life, and when we depart. We need not concern ourselves with those details. In fact, Debra reminds us, "Our opinions don't count as much as how much we love."

Debra's deceased father returns this week with a short message about what it's like to die. As a psychic medium for the past 36 years, Debra has been communicating with spirits who have had incarnations on earth (dead people). Today's meditation offers much comfort by reminding us of what lies beyond our humanness. (Hint: it's Love!) We are free to experience divine, unconditional love at any time during our human experiences. Relax and remember that You Are Love Expressing.
