Today is National Flossing Day! Flossing is recommended once daily with AND without braces. Why take the time to floss? Here's some great benefits from flossing:
🦷 Flossing cleans teeth in places that a toothbrush can't reach.
🦷 Flossing removes plaque and debris.
🦷 Flossing improves tooth and gum health.

The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends several types of flossers.
- Dental Floss
- Interdental Brushes (see video)
- Water Flossers
