As we step into 2026, we’re reflecting on how far Docs Who Care has come. Each year, we’ve expanded our reach by partnering with more hospitals, supporting more rural communities, and connecting more providers with work that truly matters.

What began as a mission to relieve burnout and strengthen care in underserved areas has grown into a nationwide network of more than 250 sites. Behind every number is a hospital with stronger staffing, a provider who feels supported, and a community with better access to care.
