Charles Paul Mulligan

Charles (Chuck) Paul Mulligan, 86, died Thursday September 4th, 2025 at his home after an illness.Chuck was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Joseph Paul and Fay Marie Mulligan. He attended Carnegie High School and joined the US Air Force in August of 1956 and served honorably until May of 1960.
